This depends on how deeply you want to dive in with the work, and yourself.
A big part of writing practice is about making yourself a priority – putting yourself at the top of your to-do list – and you want to do that don’t you? I mean, this is it; this is life – the one you get* … so finding some time every day is ideal. 20 minutes is great. More? Bonus.
Having said that, there have been women in past programs who’ve said that the only time they wrote was on our calls, and they still got value. So, even if the only time you manage to pick up a pen is on our calls, you’ll still experience the magic of the practice. (And I’ll bet you’ll want more…)
