You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smart phone to join the video calls.*
If you join via computer you’ll need to download a bit of software, and if you join through your smart phone or tablet, you’ll need to download an app. It’s easy peasy.
You can also connect via telephone, but your ability to interact fully may be impacted because you won’t be able to see any of the slides I share, and you won’t be able to participate in the text chat-box that’s part of the video platform. So if you can connect via video, your experience will likely be richer.
*If you’re self-conscious about being “on camera,” you can always turn the camera feature off and just listen in. That way you’ll still be able to see what I share, and you’ll be able to use the chat-box feature.
And of course, you’ll also need a notebook or journal to write in, and something to write with. You could write on a computer, but there really is something magical about going analog. I highly recommend at least giving it a try.
